Training Magazine Names AIT a Top 125 Winner

2011-11-21

AIT is proud to announce that the company has been named to Training magazine’s 2012 Top 125 list. Training magazine, the leading business publication for learning and development professionals, puts out an annual Top 125 list, which ranks companies’ excellence in employer-sponsored training and development programs.

“This is our second consecutive year to be honored, and we are ecstatic to be ranked among the global elite,” said Training Coordinator Kathy Lee. “We have always been proud of our training and development programs, but this provides external recognition and shows that AIT is, once again, a leader.”

Top 125 winners are determined based on the following criteria:

  • Total training budget
  • Percentage of payroll
  • Number of training hours per employee program
  • Goals, evaluation, measurement, and workplace surveys
  • Hours of training per employee annually
  • Detailed formal programs

The rankings for the 125 leading organizations will be unveiled during an awards gala at the Training 2012 Conference & Expo, to be held February 13-15 in Atlanta, Georgia. Kathy Lee and Rose Arant will both be speaking at the conference.

The ranking is determined by assessing a range of qualitative and quantitative factors, including financial investment in employee development, the scope of development programs, and how closely such development efforts are linked to business goals and objectives.
