Capabilities

AIT Bioscience will provide quantitative bioanalytical support for pre-clinical and Phase I through Phase III clinical trials. We understand the different perspectives of the largest pharmas and the smallest biotechs and have experience working with both. Our goal is to provide you with robust analytical methods, painless sample logistics, and rapid study sample analyses that will support your program through to the IND and NDA.

Our capabilities will include:

• Method development, validation, and state-of-the-art instrumentation
  Our scientific team will draw from extensive experience in novel extraction strategies to create and validate methods for new molecules using the newest models of instrumentation available. We have designed robotic approaches to replace what many labs still execute manually to reduce error and improve throughput. We have continued our “greenfield” strategy in the selection of analytical instrumentation and opted for the latest, top-of-the-line triple quadrupole systems coupled to UPLC® front ends for the most accurate and fastest determinations possible.

AIT Bioscience may be a new venture, but its founder, esteemed toxicologist Michael Evans, Ph.D., has been in the business of life sciences for almost twenty years. In 1990, after two decades in academia, Evans founded AIT Laboratories, a full-service reference lab recognized nationwide as a leader in forensic testing and a premiere research institution providing pain management and clinical testing. Bioanalytical testing is closely aligned with what AIT Laboratories already does in terms of processes and equipment. The company’s impressive growth over the last several years in its core service channels enables AIT Bioscience to take those resources and apply them to the pharmaceutical industry in ways other CROs only wish they could.
