Designed to be a catalyst for positive change in American business, the Start! Fit-Friendly Program recognizes employers who champion the health of their employees by creating physical activity programs within the workplace.

AIT was named one of the “Best Places to Work in Indiana” by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce for the third consecutive year and ranked 22 in the large-company category. This was the first year AIT competed in the large-company category. In 2009, AIT ranked in the top 10 for small- to medium-sized companies.
