AIT Laboratories moved up on the Inc. 500/5000 list for the fourth consecutive year, ranking 568 on the prestigious list and in the top 40 in the nation in the health category, making it one of only two Indiana companies to make the list. AIT also ranked 11th on the overall list of 61 Indiana companies.

AIT was recognized as a Gold Level Start! Fit-Friendly Company by the American Heart Association and was among numerous, well-known companies from across the nation to be part of this initiative. Designed to be a catalyst for positive change in American business, the Start! Fit-Friendly Program recognizes employers who champion the health of their employees by creating physical activity programs within the workplace.

AIT was named one of the “Best Places to Work in Indiana” by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce for the third consecutive year and ranked 22 in the large-company category. This was the first year AIT competed in the large-company category. In 2009, AIT ranked in the top 10 for small- to medium-sized companies.
