AIT Bioscience kicks off 2010 with new automated systems, improved efficiency

AIT Bioscience has set the tone for 2010 with its new automated systems. The new Watson 7.4 LIMS and its embedded TSQ module for the Thermo Vantage mass spectrometer in particular have improved lab efficiency by eliminating human error. The company has also standardized the Waters Acquity UPLC® system and Tomtec 96-well workstation to offer a harmonized package of services.

AIT Named to "Best Places to Work in Indiana" List

For the third consecutive year, AIT Laboratories has been named one of the “Best Places to Work in Indiana” by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. AIT joins other large and small to medium-sized companies throughout Indiana on this prestigious list. In 2009, the company ranked 9th statewide in the small- to medium-sized companies category.

AIT Receives Updated ISO 9001:2008 Certification

On December 28, 2009, AIT received the updated ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Standard certification. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is a global system for developing a quality management system and measuring customer satisfaction. AIT was the first toxicology lab in North America to be certified to these standards.
