• In 2009, AIT's revenues increased 75%; In 2008, AIT's revenues increased 106% and net profits increased more than 400%

Employees

• On July 1, 2009, AIT Founder, President, and CEO Michael A. Evans, Ph.D. transferred ownership of AIT to his employees in an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
• AIT offers employees $5,000 in tuition reimbursement annually
• More than 16 percent of AIT employees are enrolled in continuing education
• More than 10 percent of AIT employees have masters or Ph.D. degrees
• More than 55 percent of AIT employees have received or are receiving degrees at an Indiana college or university

Technology

• AIT uses a variety of instruments, including the Aeroset, GC/MS, LC/MS, UPLC-MS/MS, UPLC coupled with Time-of-Flight mass spectrometry. 
• AIT first started using LC/MS technology in 2001 and has more than 100 years of combined intellectual experience using LC/MS
• AIT prides itself on being a science-based, technology-driven company
• AIT can identify all drug substances in just one test using UPLC coupled with Time-of-Flight mass spectrometry
